Hi! I'm Gina.
I trace my artistic journey back to high school when I was mercifully transferred from cashier to the art department of the local Wegmans grocery store. There, I got paid to create overly detailed chalkboard signs for bananas, build a nearly life-sized Cinderella's coach, and construct papier-mâché penguins for frozen food week.

Art school followed, where my "homework" consisted of paintings I still have hanging on my walls today. After a stint designing customizable trade show displays, I went back to school and studied marketing, leading to a 15 year career in marketing and advertising.

While I had primarily focused on graphic design, it was the advent of Instagram that renewed my interest in photography as an outlet for creative expression. I started 'gramming on September 10, 2011 (an image capturing the light and shadow reflecting off a bit of tea in a white teacup; quiet lovely actually), and 1,577 posts later, am still at it.
But my passion for photography really kicked into high gear with the birth of my muse, favorite subject, and he of the untamed head of hair--my little dude. Having seen firsthand how quickly and utterly a baby grows to a toddler, and a toddler morphs to a child, I became passionate about capturing all my little one's moments, and our moments as a family. And now, I'm honored to share my skills with others so they too can preserve, cherish, and pass on to generations to come a peek at the wonder, beauty, and magic that defines their families.
